Since our founding in 1946 the Rotary Club of the University Area Houston has supported local and international charity projects with annual fundraising events. This is our annual fundraiser and your donations help us support important causes.

Your support helps us fund building the local Rotary Firefighter’s Home in partnership with M.D. Anderson. This provides a place where firefighters and their families can stay while in Houston being treated at the Texas Medical Center for cancers acquired by exposure to carcinogens in their work.

Your donations also go to support the End Polio Now program providing free polio vaccinations. End Polio Now has helped immunize more than 2.5 billion children against polio in 122 countries. We have reduced polio cases by 99.9 percent worldwide and we won’t stop until we end the disease for good.
